Monitoring Forms
Bluebirders are urged to monitor all nest boxes under their care on a weekly basis. The Annual Bird Nesting Survey Summary Form 21 is used to report your bird nesting data to BRAW.
If your boxes are in two or more counties, the data for each county should be reported on a separate Form 21 Summary Report.

Submit your data on or about September 1 of each year.
